A Partnership for Progression
Future Achievement Australia [FAA] and the University of Western Sydney have launched a new program called 'Maximizing Potential in Macarthur’ to foster future leaders in the 16-25 age bracket. The program has received an initial grant of $400,000 from the Federal Government’s Sustainable Regions funding to establish a unique leadership project for 200 youth in the Macarthur area.

FAA Director, Wayne Deeth said; “The program has been created by FAA and the University of Western Sydney to develop future leaders through personal leadership coaching. We are delighted to be a part of such a worthwhile project”.

Leading through Coaching
Back in 1996 The Karpin Report stated that Australian managers' rank at less than the 50th percentile in the comparative international rankings.
