PEDAGOGICAL
MASTER PLAN
 

The Pedagogical Master has been created to provide comprehensive guidance which will assist schools in transforming their pedagogy for contemporary learners, whilst incorporating DEECD systems frameworks and resources.

Southern Metropolitan Region is fully committed to promoting the adoption of progressive teaching and learning strategies to support improved student outcomes.

The Pedagogical Master Plan will enable schools to assess their current whole school practice and identify long term achievable goals.  It will also provide resources and links to DEECD systems frameworks which will assist schools to map their path and achieve their goals.

The Pedagogical Master Plan focuses on the following six key elements:

3.      Curriculum Implementation

4.      Personalised Learning

5.      Organisational Structures & Learning Environments

6.      Performance & Development Culture

The Pedagogical Master Plan has been informed by:

• Current education-based research
• DEECD systems frameworks
• Regional Network Leaders’ focussed consultation
• Principal focus groups
